EIGHT HOUR TOTAL RENTAL PERIOD

Eight to ten* hours consecutive with a final curfew of 11:00 PM for guests and ALL caterers. Our Preferred Caterers have a final curfew of midnight.

*With the rental of the Bridal Suite you receive 2 additional hours at the beginning of your rental period.

There will be a $300.00 per hour charge for any additional time over agreement. If you need the space for longer, please make arrangements ahead of time.

We offer one on-site complimentary one hour visit two months prior to your event during the weekday to meet with your vendors; caterers, DJ, officiant, photographer etc. and bridal party.

TERMS

50% payment of total fee due at time of booking (non-refundable), balance to be paid two months prior to rental date (non-refundable).

An additional $1,000.00 damage/time overage deposit is required with final payment. We can only accept cash or check for the damage deposit. The damage deposit will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of premises.

There is a $300.00 fee for parties where hard alcohol is served,

There will be a 3% surcharge on payments made with credit cards.

REHEARSALS

*Rehearsals are available Monday through Thursday the week prior to your wedding between the hours of 10am and 2pm.

*Evening rehearsals are available Monday through Thursday the week prior to your wedding between the hours of 4pm and 7pm, but can only be booked one month prior.

*Rehearsals are one hour at the special rate of $200.00.

*All rehearsal dates and times are subject to change by the discretion of SAA.
